Establishment of Cembre B.V. and Cembre Electrical Connections (Shanghai) Limited

As part of its international consolidation and growth strategy, Cembre S.p.A. is pleased to announce the establishment of two new wholly owned subsidiaries: Cembre B.V., based in Eindhoven (The Netherlands), and Cembre Electrical Connections (Shanghai) Limited, based in Shanghai (PRC).

As from January 1, 2025 , the new companies will manage sales and after-sales service in their respective markets, with the objective of further strengthening service and proximity to customers in these areas.

Please note that current technical and commercial contacts will remain unchanged and will continue to be available to meet customers' needs.
